  We help in tackling the delicate issue of selecting the ideal wedding venue and location based on your budget, functions & requirements. We get you comparatives and get the best possible deals. We haggle like it's our own wedding to give you the ideal, perfect wedding destination of your dreams.
• Vendor Management
  Vendors can be quite the hassle , but don't stress and watch us tackle. From vendor referrals to attending vendor meetings, coordinating, managing and overseeing the execution of vendor services, we have an expertise in it all. We ensure that all deliverables by vendors meet committed standards of price and quality. Our main aim is to ensure that our client enjoys their event to the fullest, leaving behind all the planning, coordination, execution on us.
• Budget Management

  What is the fad now is passé tomorrow. If the venue has a monopoly we help you get the best from what they have else we can get our own vendors to do the best for you. And honestly, we are not decorators but definitely have the expertise in conceptualizing, designing and coordinating all aspects of wedding design and decor, including lighting, floral set-ups and execution of themes, after understanding your vision.
• Wedding Photography, Videography, Cinematography
  Our experienced team suggests and helps you choose from a list of the best wedding photographers and videographers for your event. From scheduling appointments with wedding photographers, selecting the one. which fits in your wedding budget to suggesting venues for bridal photoshoots, couple photoshoots, pre-wedding shoots and different poses, our team takes care of it all.

  No matter the mode of transport our experienced logistics team helps to take care of all logistics for your guests. Our in-house team follows up for RSVP and arranges for documents for easy check-in, coordinates on time of arrival, to facilitate pick up and travel. We go the extra mile to ensure you don't pay for extra miles.
• Permissions and Licences
  With our years of experience we help you in being aware of requisite licences and permissions and if so desired procure the same on your behalf. Many clients are not aware of these wedding licenses that are required and hence our experienced team takes care of it all.

During the Wedding

• Hospitality & Logistics Management
  In the planning stage ,we take a detailed brief from you. Our team of experienced event personnel will then help to execute your event's detailed logistics management with precision & perfection.
• Event Plan & Flow
  Once the proposed event timeline is shared by you, we oversee and coordinate with all agencies involved for their timely delivery and keep you updated about the same.
• Performing Artist Coordination & Management
  We take a brief from you of all the artists enlisted to perform at your event. We help you coordinate and manage the hospitality of artists/performers, ensure their onsite requirements are taken care of, and coordinate the show flow, and timeline of their performances.
• F & B Management
  We ensure the caterer fulfills the menu commitment. We manage food counters to avoid gatecrashers and ensure rotation of food . Throughout the wedding, our team is on its toes to serve your guests well.
• Onsite Event Execution
  We oversee all vendor activities to achieve a seamless event. We ensure your florists deliver and decorate on time; we oversee Safa tying, saree draping, make-up coordination; we supervise Dhol players, mehendi teams, welcome hostesses, valet security, bouncers - any service providers and manage them.

Our team makes your wedding dream come true. We will be by your side like a shadow. Every important member of your family, bride, groom, parents will have a helping hand to fetch things, get Pooja things, bring clothes and jewellery at the venue, put suits back on the hangers, pull a chair for you, safeguard important articles - you name it! We will oversee every detail.

Exclusions

Our Wedding Planning fee DOES NOT include the following -

• Cost of wedding venues, locations, marriage gardens, marquees or cost of arrangements as per the themes
• Cost of wedding branding, wedding stationery (digital) ,visualization and printing
• Cost of entertainment services, fees of artists etc
• Cost of wedding decor, props and lights
• Cost of designing wedding hampers and trousseau packing
• Permissions and licenses for venues, locations
• Wedding photography, cinematography, printing of photos, production of videos
• Cost of vendors such as florists, decorators, dhol players, mehendi team etc.
